Shipping and return policy

Shipping

To ensure a smooth and timely shipping process, we kindly ask you to carefully review your shipping information during checkout. In the event that you have entered incorrect shipping details or need to make any changes, please contact Customer Care at (877) 272-3340

Most products are eligible for overnight shipping as long as they are placed by 4 PM EST.

Shipping methods

Orders placed before 4 pm EST are eligible for overnight shipping.

  • 2 Day Delivery
  • 3 Day Standard Delivery
  • Next Day Noon Delivery
  • Next Day Evening Delivery

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be determined upon confirmation of your order. The final shipping cost will be accurately reflected on your order invoice. Please note that overnight shipping charges are dependent on shipping location and current shipping costs. The charges may vary based on the type of product. Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier. Please note that the estimated delivery time is an approximation and can vary based in various factors beyond our control, such as the shipping method chosen and the destination location.

Cut-off times

To ensure prompt processing and timely shipment of your order, please place your order before the designated cut-off time. Orders placed before 4 PM EST on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing and multiple shipments

All orders placed for in stock products will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please be advised that you r order may be fulfilled through multiple shipments. If your order consists of multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or locations. We are committed to dispatching items promptly as they become available.

Saturday delivery

If Saturday delivery is required, please contact Customer Care at (877) 272-3340 to place the order and discuss shipping options.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate its arrival.

Returns

Returned goods authorization

Authorization to return merchandise is required for all returns and may be withheld at the sole discretion of Boston Scientific. Contact the Customer Service Returns Department for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Customer Service Returns Department: 1-800-862-1284

The request for authorization must include:

  • Reason for the return
  • Order number, lot number, quantity
  • Purchase order number, Boston Scientific invoice number, date of invoice

Returns requirements and policies

  • A copy of the packing slip or invoice must accompany all merchandise returned to Boston Scientific.
  • The Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be clearly marked on the shipping container. Merchandise returned without an RGA number will not be accepted or considered returned for purposes of the warranty.
  • Timeframe for returns is 90 days from date of shipment and product must have 6 months of shelf life remaining to be authorized for returns unless the product shipped out with less than 6 months. Restocking fees may apply.
  • Products manufactured as Specials or Custom products are not returnable.
  • Material that is opened, damaged, with customer labels applied on packaging, with pen marks, expired or tampered with is not returnable for credit.
  • Capital Equipment and Accessories processed in error by Boston Scientific will receive full credit if returned within 30 days of invoice date in saleable condition. Cannot be returned once customer has taken title to the equipment.
  • Even Exchanges of customer owned inventory require one of the following approvals: Regional Manager, Divisional Manager approval or Sales Rep cost center.
  • Customer absorbs shipping costs, unless BSC or transportation carrier error.
  • RGA requests stay open for 45 days. If product is not received in that timeframe a new request must be initiated.
