Sheath Kit consists of: a silicone balloon with a self-sealing valve that is placed in the stomach and filled with 400-700cc of sterile saline; a silicone sheath used to compress the balloon for storage and delivery into the stomach; a fill tube assembly which consists of silicone tubing with a distal fill tip on one end and a luer fitting on the other end, and a guidewire assembly. It is used to deliver the IGB transorally and attaches to the Fill Kit. The Fill Kit attaches to the fill tube assembly and a large bore syringe is used to fill the IGB with sterile saline.
